  • (Premium VIP only) After subscribing, we will grant you access to TradingView indicators within 24 hours. This is a manual process so we apologize for any potential delays.

  • If you have referred friend successfully, you can submit request in 'Refer Friends' page. You can choose to receive cash transfers using PayPal, or use referral reward to offset future bills.
  • If you choose to use PayPal, please make sure you provide the accurate information for the transfer to go through. PayPal will charge a 5% transaction fee, and it will be deducted from the transfer amount.
  • Credit will be processed at end of the quarter, so if you have already submitted your request, please wait patiently and there's no need to submit multiple times.
  • No matter which method you choose, your subscription needs to be active when we issue you the reward.

  • Please do not follow the indicators blindly. Please test out the signal setup that works best for you before making any trading decision.

What is your cancellation / refund policy?

  • All payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel renewal or change your subscription. If there is a billing error, feel free to contact us for a resolution.
  • All our subscription plans renew automatically unless you cancel proactively at least one day before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel renewal anytime, and you will have access to your purchased plan for the rest of its time.
  • You can also change your plan anytime. The system will either automatically charge a prorated amount or keep any unused balance in your account for future payments. The balance is not refundable.
