We regret to inform you that Quant Option Group (QOG) is experiencing a service interruption affecting our real-time options flow and data feed services, starting Monday, Nov 2.

This disruption is due to unexpected, last-minute changes in commercial terms imposed by our upstream exchange data vendor. As a result, we are currently unable to maintain normal live operations under the previous framework.

However, this is not the end. We are actively evaluating alternative market data providers and exploring viable solutions to bring option flow back online. All non-option data (such as dark pool, economic calendar or market quant graph) remains unaffected.

Here are the current arrangements:

• Temporary Data Service Interruption: Real-time option flow will be temporarily unavailable. We are working diligently on an alternative data feed solution and will provide a substantive progress update no later than November 30, 2026 regarding our efforts and the future of the platform.
• Pro-Rated Refund Policy: While we assess our options, new user registrations have been suspended. If you do not wish to wait for the update, you may request a pro-rated refund for your remaining subscription time at any time by contacting our support team.
• Website Access & Data: The QOG web app remains fully accessible. You can log in at any time to review historical activity, account details, all non-option data, or export your saved data.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and uncertainty this situation creates. We built QOG with the vision of providing traders with high-quality, intuitive options flow visualization tools—we remain committed to that vision and are making every effort to find a path forward.
